2. What data do we collect?

a) Contact form

When you use our contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you provide. If you also answer the form's preparatory questions, those answers reach us as part of the message; no further category of data is processed. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by the third-party service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the data for the time needed to deliver it. Their privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy. We do not store form data on our own server.

The form is protected against spam by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which processes your IP address and technical browser characteristics during verification. hCaptcha loads only when you start using the form. Its privacy policy: hcaptcha.com/privacy.

a2) AI use-case evaluator

Using the AI use-case evaluator is voluntary. For the evaluation we process the email address you provide, your description, and the text content of uploaded documents. The content is transmitted for automated analysis to Anthropic, PBC (USA) as a data processor; Anthropic does not train models on data received via its API and retains it only for a limited period for abuse-prevention purposes under its commercial terms. Third-country transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). On our own server, submitted text and files are handled in memory only for the duration of processing — never stored; the result lives only in your browser. For abuse protection we keep a hash of your email address and your IP address in memory for at most 24 hours. If you submit the result to us, the evaluation summary and your email address are delivered via Web3Forms (see above).

The evaluator form is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited): on submission it processes your IP address and interaction signals measured in your browser to produce a risk score, and it uses cookies for this. reCAPTCHA loads only when you start using the form. Google’s data processing: policies.google.com/privacy.

a3) AI ROI calculator

The numbers you enter in the ROI calculator are processed exclusively in your browser — we do not transmit or store them. They reach us only if you open your own mail client via the written-review button and send us the prepared email.

b) Analytics data (cookies)

Using Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager), we collect anonymous visitor statistics. This includes: page visits, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). IP addresses are anonymized. This data is collected only with your prior consent.

c) Technical data

Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, LLC) may record request logs as part of operating the platform, containing your IP address, request time, and requested URL. These are necessary for the secure operation of the service and are retained by the provider for up to 30 days. Our own application keeps no per-request logs.

Analytics cookies are placed only with your prior consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time: the "Cookie settings" button in the footer re-opens the choice, or you can clear cookies in your browser settings.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)) — analytics cookies, Google Analytics; use of the AI use-case evaluator (consent given by submitting)
• Legitimate interest (GDPR 6(1)(f)) — secure operation of the website, server log files, spam and abuse protection of our forms (hCaptcha, Google reCAPTCHA, rate-limit counters)
• Performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)) — processing contact form data to respond to inquiries

5. Data transfers

Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which may store data on servers both within and outside the European Economic Area (USA). Google ensures adequate data protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Our hosting provider is DigitalOcean, LLC (101 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013, USA). Our server operates in Europe.

Our form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, and spam protection is provided by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA) and, for the AI use-case evaluator, by Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC, USA) — these may process your IP address outside the European Economic Area during verification. Transfers to third countries are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) concluded with these providers, and for Google additionally by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Content submitted to the AI use-case evaluator is processed by Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) as a data processor. Anthropic does not train models on data received via its API; transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request information about your processed data
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured format
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent at any time

7. Data retention

• Contact form data: until the inquiry is resolved, but no longer than 1 year
• Request logs (hosting provider): up to 30 days
• Analytics data: Google Analytics default retention period (14 months)
• Cookie consent: until the user clears browser data
• Theme choice (light/dark): until the user clears browser data

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page. We will provide notice on the website in case of significant changes.
