AI ROI Calculator

Four numbers about your process — in return: annual cost, a savings range and a payback estimate, computed against our published project bands.

Which process is it?

How many items your team handles manually per month — invoices, emails, quotes.

How many minutes one item takes today.

Wages, taxes and overhead per working hour.

The share of items that must be handled again.

How does it work?

  1. Enter your process numbers

Monthly volume, minutes per item, hourly cost, error rate — four numbers your team knows by heart.

  2. Get an instant result

Annual manual cost, a savings range and a payback estimate — computed in your browser. The numbers only travel if you send them yourself.

  3. Decide the next step

If the numbers justify it, book a consultation or request a written review of your numbers from us; if they don't, we say so.

How does the calculator work?

The annual manual cost comes from your four inputs: monthly volume × minutes per item × (1 + error rate) ÷ 60 = monthly hours; multiplied by twelve months and the fully loaded hourly cost. A faulty item's rework is counted as one extra item's time.

The savings range comes from the 40-45% efficiency gain measured across our 46+ completed projects: automation replaces that share of the annual manual cost. The payback period is a range computed from the published project bands: the best case pairs the smallest project size with the top of the band, the worst case the largest size with the bottom. The estimate counts the project cost only — running costs (API fees, monitoring, maintenance) lengthen actual payback; the assessment accounts for them.

Example: 5,000 invoices a month, 6 minutes per item, an hourly cost of HUF 8,000 and a 5% error rate put manual processing at roughly HUF 50.4 million a year. 40-45% of that — HUF 20-23 million a year — can be replaced, so a document processing system at HUF 12-32 million pays back in roughly 6-19 months; the assessment gives the exact figure.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the calculator?
It gives an estimate, not a quote. It computes with the published bands on your own numbers — actual payback is decided by the process details: formats, the share of exceptions, the integrations. That is what the AI assessment measures.
Where does the data I enter go?
Nowhere. The calculator computes in your browser and the numbers you enter are not transmitted. If you request a written review, your own mail client opens with the figures pre-addressed to us — the data reaches us when you send that email.
Where does the 40-45% range come from?
It is the average efficiency gain measured on automated processes across our 46+ completed projects. Not every process reaches it; that is why we show the bottom and the top of the range separately.
What is the project band?
Our published prices: a document processing system typically runs HUF 12-32 million (€30-80K), an AI assistant or integration project HUF 6-16 million (€15-40K). Payback is computed between the bottom and the top of these bands.
What happens if the calculator says it does not pay off?
We say so. We show the monthly manual workload at which the picture would turn, and we flag when a script or RPA is the better answer. We do not sell AI for the sake of AI.
