Quote preparation and sales process automation with AI

Quotes are assembled from your past offers and your price list. The system prepares the draft; your colleague reviews and sends instead of writing from scratch. The same system works as a sales assistant inside your CRM: it summarizes incoming inquiries, drafts quotes and reminds you of follow-ups. We integrate with your existing ERP and CRM systems — without ripping and replacing.

The next step is the AI opportunity assessment: from HUF 500,000 + VAT.

Updated:

In most companies, quote preparation is manual work: a colleague searches past offers, price lists, and email threads, and builds every quote from scratch. The system takes this over: it finds similar past offers for the incoming request, takes prices from the current price list, and prepares the draft. Your colleague reviews and sends.

Across our 46+ completed projects, automated processes reach a 40-45% efficiency gain, with a typical ROI of 6-12 months. In quote preparation, the time savings come from your colleague reviewing a finished draft instead of searching and copying — the assessment gives you the exact number.

A full team carries the work: a project manager, senior developers, and an AI DevOps engineer. We run the EU AI Act risk classification at the start of every project, and we have experience implementing high-risk AI systems.

How does AI quote preparation work?

A draft from your past offers

The system finds similar past quotes for the incoming request and assembles the draft from them. Every line item arrives with its source — you can see which past offer it came from.

Current prices from your price list

Prices come from the current price list. If an item's price changed since the last similar offer, the draft is already built with the new price.

Your colleague reviews and sends

No quote goes out automatically. Your colleague checks the draft, adjusts where needed, and sends it — responsibility for the quote stays with your team.

Integration with your existing systems

We add AI capabilities to your existing ERP and CRM systems — without ripping and replacing. The quote data appears where your team already works.

How does the implementation work?

  1. 1

AI opportunity assessment — from HUF 500,000 + VAT

We review your quoting process: where requests come in, where past offers and price lists live, which systems to connect. The output is a written plan with cost and payback estimates.

  2. 2

    Pilot

We test the system on your own past quotes and measure the results. A small proof of concept is ready in 2-3 weeks.

  3. 3

    Implementation and operations

Integration with your existing ERP and CRM systems, training for your team. Most projects go from kickoff to production in 6-12 weeks. Source code and models remain yours.
